THRUSTER UNDERWATER EXCHANGE
We offer a complete package that includes experienced service technicians and engineers for both inboard and outboard operations. Our scope covers insurance, rigging plans, tug and anchorage plans, strand jack systems, diving systems, tugboats, and crane barges.
TWAS is fully capable of coordinating the entire project from start to finish. In addition to thruster replacement, we also provide complete overhauls for all major manufacturers.
PROPELLER REPAIR
Polishing and super polishing, special welding, material restoration, straightening, balancing, non-destructive testing (NDT), pitch modification, mapping, and precision measurement.
All performed afloat, at the shipyard, or in our workshop.
MECHANICAL SERVICES
Diesel engines, reduction gearboxes, valves, precision machining, parts manufacturing, and other services available upon request.
VIBRATION ANALYSIS
For all types of rotating machinery, we offer advanced vibration analysis to enable early detection of faults such as unbalance, misalignment, resonance, looseness, and defective gears or bearings.
LASER ALIGNEMENT
Carried out to reduce wear and extend the lifetime of the equipment.

ELETRIC MOTOR OVERHAUL AND BEARING REPLACEMENT
Capable to perform a complete overhaul of the electric motor and when required only partial maintenance as: Replacement of the DE and NDE bearings.
HYDRAULIC
Our oil treatment services include filtration, oil cleanliness classification according to ISO 4406 and NAS 1638 standards, flushing, and particle counting analysis, ensuring optimal equipment performance and longevity.
SEALING SERVICES AND BONDING
Seal maintenance, including replacement, adjustment, and bonding using specialized tools and adhesives. Services can be performed with the vessel in dry dock or afloat (trimmed condition).
ADJUSTABLE CHOCKS
RESIN APPLICATION
Adjustable chock installation like vibracon or rota chock. Resin application, casting foundation with resins like Epocast and Chockfast included the calculation and tightening torque of the fasteners.
