THRUSTER UNDERWATER EXCHANGE
We offer a complete package including experienced services technicians/engineers for inboard and outboard operations. Insurance, rigging plans, tug plans, anchorage plans, strand sack system, diving system, tugboats, and crane barges. TWAS can perform the complete coordinarion of the project. In addition to the Thruster exchange, TWAS provides complete overhauls of all makers.
PROPELLER REPAIR
Polishing and super polishing, special welding, material recomposition, straightening, balancing, NDT, pitch modification, mapping, and measurement.
*afloat condition, at shipyard or in the workshop.
MECHANICAL SERVICES
Diesel engine, Reducing boxes, Valves, Machining Manufacturing of parts, and others, on request.
VIBRATION ANALYSIS
For all types of rotating machinery, we offer high-tech vibration
measurements for early detection of a wide variety of fault conditions such as unbalance, misalignment, resonance, looseness, and faulty gears or bearings.
LASER ALIGNEMENT
Carried out to reduce wear and extend the lifetime of the
equipment.
ELETRIC MOTOR OVERHAUL AND BEARING REPLACEMENT
We are capable to perform a complete overhaul of the electric motor and when required only partial maintenance as: Replacement of the DE and NDE bearings.
HYDRAULIC
Oil filtration, Oil classification ISO/NAS, Flushing, and particle counter equipment.
SEALING SERVICES AND BONDING
Maintenance of seals replacements, adjustments bonding of seals with a special tool and glue seals bonding. Vessel in dry dock or in float condition (trimmed).
ADJUSTABLE CHOCKS
RESIN APPLICATION
Adjustable chock installation like vibracon or rota chock. Resin application, casting foundation with resins like Epocast and Chockfast included the calculation and tightening torque of the fasteners.
